RV in rear yard is parked with rear of RV abutting the south property line. There is a fence at the property line and the RV has not driven through the fence so it is not on the neighboring property. Multiple cars on property, none have any characteristics of an inoperable vehicle and none are blocking the rights of way along Linden Street or Arcadia Avenue. Fire hydrant is not blocked. No outdoor storage in violation of Chapter 16. All parts of this complaint are unfounded and this case will be closed. -VM
