Went to the unit and the property maintenance workers were there working on the A/C unit. The unit had a portable A/C unit that was working and measured 76 degrees and the room measured 83 degrees. The management said they believe the A/C will be fixed by today but if not they have a A/C company scheduled for tomorrow morning at 10am. I will be waiting to allow the workers or the A/C company to fix the A/C unit. The management and the tenant confirmed that the roaches were treated on 7/16 and the follow up in 8/7 to determine if they need to treat again. I gave the tenant my contact info and asked her to contact me with a status of the A/C repair. I will follow up tomorrow morning 8/4 |
