The management had a professional A/C company come by for an estimate only and have their on-site maintenance to try and fix the A/C unit and they have had no success. They don't want to pay the professional company to actually fix the unit. I spoke to company driver of Done Rite Services who told me that they give free estimates to the apartment complex all the time and the apartment complex passes the estimates to their workers to fix the problems, which in many cases they cannot fix the problem.
