Damaged caused to the kitchen and bathroom both located on the west side of the house. (Fire damage around the windows, smoke and water damage to both rooms). Electrical damaged, gas pipes also in the burned area. Both services disconnected by TEP and SWG. 3 windows broken out. Issued property Manager nov's permits required and notice to vacate plus indemnification form. Manager had city board up 3 windows. Manager secured the rest of the property. Manager states the house my be completely demolished. They are not sure as of yet. Will wait for insurance review. |
