Went to the site and met with the owner on the property. They were in the process of cutting the tree branches and limbs to free the service drop from the pole to the riser on the house. The electrical was still off to the neighborhood and neighbors were cleaning all around the area. The owner let me inside to check the damage in the kitchen area. Some water leaked by the soffit where pushed down from the weight of the tree branch on the roof. There is a crack on the ceiling where a rafter or joist located and leaked some water and not a pour but a drip. Not able to see if holes have been made through the roof and will have to be checked once the branch is removed. The service drop was cleared if the power came back on. Did serve the paperwork to the owner. |

The owner will be working with the insurance company on the needed repairs. Was being told that the H.O.A. has insurances on the trees that is separate from the home insurances. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
