Onsite inspection, Found an accumulation of weeds exceeding 6 inches in height, accumulation of refuse and debris on property near driveway, Gold Vehicle was extended into the sidewalk but that was fixed onsite by the tenant immediately, property also shares an odd property line appears to belong to the HOA. |
