Called occupant left name and phone number requested for a call back. Called Property manager regarding complaint. Mini splits installed into several rooms. Every time the mini splits are turned on and the washing machine and appliances are turned on the electrical circuits trip. Explained to Mgmt it sounds like too many circuits have been added to the electrical circuit and it may need to be upgraded. Permits will need to be obtained for the mini splits added. |
