Called property management and occupant. Property Management will send Maintenance over to take a look at the ac unit. Contacted Occupant regarding the ac. Occupant states the last time Maintenance came she was told the condenser needed to be replaced. Property Mgr asked to see the complaint will send property mgr a copy of the complaint along with a copy of the nov to fix the ac unit. |
