On-site inspection. Met with occupant in the apartment, verified that the temperature is above 91° averaging across the habitable spaces. The apartment complex has issued a portable cooler which satisfies Tucson city code as a temporary repair, until the HVAC unit can be properly repaired. Met with property management and notified them about the situation. Notice of violation will be sent in the mail. |
