On site at property, TPD and TFD on scene that is fire damage to primary exterior door and frame on ES facing Park Ave. There is also no address numbers displayed on property. No utilities were affected and remain active. Structure is not condemned and will be secured by owner signed indemnification form. NOV issued and hand delivered to owner. |
