Met with the owner to discuss the issue. I took a tour of the inside of the property and didnot see anything that would require a permit. They only painted, powrwashed, hung new doors, replaced windows (like for like), and other minor cosmetic repairs. I am only waiting for the dead palm fronds to be cut. The owner said he would e cutting them within the next week. |
