On site initial inspection. Met with occupant in the apartment and it was verified that there are violations for the air conditioner not being in proper working order. The apartment and the habitable rooms’ temperature was an average of 91° or greater and this is a violation. There is also a violation of the washing machine not working correctly because it does not drain correctly into the public sewer system, it’s backed up. Met with property and community director, and the community director did give documentation showing that the air-conditioning unit is scheduled to be fixed approximately on July 31, 2026. A follow-up inspection will take place the week of August 24 - 28, 2026. Issued a written notice of violation and a notice of violation will be sent in the mail. |
