Call out from TFD, TFD gone on my arrival. Laundry room condemned for fire, smoke and water damage, holes in ceiling and drywall, roof overhang damage and holes in back of structure from fire. TEP cut power and booted meter, SWGAS turned off gas at meter, pinned and tagged. NOTICE OF ABATEMENT AND ORDER TO VACATE, NOTICE OF VIOLATION and INDEMNIFICATION signed by security guard at complex per property managers permission over the phone. Contractor showed up to board up structure before I left. |
