On site at property, TPD on scene. There is damage to electrical meter at pedestal that require electrician and must be done with permits. There holes in dry wall through out interior of property in addition damage to toilets. TEP has disconnected power and meter pulled requires CC. Structure is condemned due to no power and damage to interior. Do Not Occupy posted at front of property. Indemnification form signed by owner and he is to keep property secure. NOV hand delivered to owner. |
