Observed a vacant building with several broken windows and a small amount of trash and debris in the front. I observed a large amount of trash, debris, miscellaneous items, and some construction materials located in the rear of the property on the ground, and it can be seen clearly from the public right of way. Observed several palm trees with dead palm fronds and overgrown vegetation at this property |
