STOP WORK ISSUED: Owner obtained a permit for electrical reconnect TC-RES-0526-02714 in the HR-3 Zone. Owner has gone beyond the scope of work. Property located in an HR3 zone has been completely gutted. Walls removed, ceiling removed, glass window panes removed, flooring, electrical fixtures and outlets removed exposing electrical boxes in walls. Exterior trenching outside the house. No permits. The backend of the house appears to have some framing and wood installed. Pictures attached. Both sides of the property have been posted STOP WORK. |
