On site at property, TPD on scene, There is electrical damage throughout property that includes bare, exposed, incorrect wiring. there is damage to ceiling, HVAC ducts, there is parts of ceiling being held up by tables. There unsafe unsanitary conditions that include animal feces and urine, refuse and debris throughout property interior and exterior of property that impedes safe egress throughout property. Building was being occupied and being used as primary residence not as intended business. There is broken windows and doors that need to be replaced. Several JMVs in public view's. TEP disconnected power at line found tampering at meter removed will require cc for reconnect. Property secured by owner indemnification form signed. DNO signs posted at front of property. |
