Property has a huge dead tree root toppled over in the south west corner of property lot damaged chain link fence . All windows in the house are opened. back yard has refuse dried tall grass and weeds throughout. Front yard has refuse tall grass and weeds. A man in side was standing in the window saw me. I walked up to the door and knocked. Front door was opened. Metal screen door was closed. Knocked several times. No answer. Called the phone number listed for owner this was a bad number. Called the other number listed. The person who complained came over and stated the house is in foreclosure. Did some research. TEP states they still have electrical service. Owner is deceased 1/3/26 Water service is disconnected and currently in collection. Located several phone numbers to possible family phone numbers. Called phone numbers and left a vm. Will do a 30 notice. |
