Permit on file for a SFR. TC-RES-1223-10015 does not show on the plan a cinder block wall nor does the plan show a porch attached to the house in the front on the north end, west side carport attached to the property wall or the back porch. The site plan does not show the shed located in the south east corner of the property wall that is attached to the property wall. Cinder block wall does not have weep holes and the water from the roof drains off into the neighboring lot. Owner states it's draining into the alley. According to the site plan the area in question is designated as the neighbors property and not the alley. While on site I made this apparent to the owner by showing him the site plan he submitted to the city for approval. Informed the owner he will get a notice of violation and he will need to submit a set of plans for the wall, porches, carport and shed installed onto the property.
