Tenant Nasha said that the owner came and moved the gas lines around so that she now had hot water in the kitchen and bathroom. However it seems that the tenant who failed to pay her bills is still getting utilities because Nasha is paying the bill. The owner had no permits to move gas lines around, no permits on file for one of the hot water heaters, and two of the outlets tested as "open grounded" and must be updated to current code standards (GFCI outlets) |
