08/24/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation No permit on file right now for the hot water ehater installed in 2025. The tenant is expressing frustration that the outlets, by her etimation, are not safe. She said the landlord did repair the large crackin the wall in the bedroom. When speaking to the owner, he indicated that after the arching event that caused the burnt ext. cord, he asked the tenant not to overload the outlets with too much ampage (space heaters, surge protectors, etc) as that is what caused the events. Owner indicated that even given those concessions, he would replace the kitchen outlet with a GFCI outlet and the beddroom outlet that is too loose to hold a two prong plug. I will follow up in 30 days.
