On-site inspection. At the time of the inspection, a motorhome was parked in front of the house, but on the public street. There were three cars parked in the front yard and all cars seemed operable at the time of the inspection. There’s one golf cart parked in the front yard, and it seems to be operable as well. There are no violations for right of way sidewalk, the sidewalk can be used and used reasonably by the public. Case closed – unfounded. |
