Refuse and debris was cleared out from alley. An attempt was made to contact owner but phone number on file seems to be disconnected. A follow-up inspection will be conducted where Inspector will attempt to post a copy of the Notice of Violation to the front gate to see if this triggers the owner to make contact.
10/02/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Visited property and posted Notice of Violation to front gate of property in hopes of triggering contact from property owner.
10/13/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Attempts have been made to attempt to get into phone contact with owner and other relatives but have been unsucessful. City Abatement will be the next step if no contact comes from property owner.
