Onsite inspection. Found apartment was at 84 degrees with portable A/C provided by property management. Spoke with Property management they said they have been waiting for a part to be delivered. I recommended strongly they go to the apartment same day and fix the air conditioning. spoke with tenant later that day, she said there was a repair man there and he had fixed the problem. did not find any other violations. close case. |
