Knocked at front door. Met with owner regarding the complaint. Looked at the back yard area. The ADU located in the back yard has a sheet of coruagated metal placed on top of some 2x1 boards. The boards are over spaned and are bowing. The connection for the shade structure is not structually sound. Explained this to the owner pointing out the various areas where the issues will / can become a problem. Owner states he will remove the structure. Looked at the catio. It's not a violation. It's basically a small area where the occupant is allowing the cat to walk outside without getting loose and lost. |
