Roofing paper came off City of Tucson rental house. Interior insulation, drywall , roofing paper. Flu pipe bent by the storm. Electrical exposed to water damage caused by storm. Contacted Housing on-call reported damage. Issued notice to vacate, permits required, indemnification form and posted paper work. Property has a junk motor vehicle dark grey Patriot with a smashed in front end, broken windows and flat tires. Dead tree, tall grass and weeds, over grown vegetation, refuse in the front and back yard area. |
