Upon inspection, the mobile home was found to be in an unsafe and hazardous condition. The structure contained significant decomposition of organic materials and conditions that present a public health hazard. The residence exhibited strong, pervasive odors associated with decomposition as well as animal waste. The interior of the structure has sustained severe deterioration. The flooring contains multiple holes and areas of structural failure, creating a fall hazard. Portions of the ceiling are deteriorated, unstable, and appear at risk of total collapse. Due to the condition of the floor and ceiling assemblies and the combination of structural deterioration, biohazard conditions, and animal infestation renders the structure unsafe and unfit for human occupancy. Unit is condemned. City contractor to secure by pinning front security screen. All necessary paperwork was signed and handed to property manager. "Do not Enter" signs placed on front door. Electric and Gas services have been isolated from the unit and turned off at meter/pedestal. |
