Water line in basement in the ladies bathroom has broken and is flooding the basement of the commercial building. Electrical is still live. TPD contacted TEP and TUCSON WATER to have the water turned off to the building. Contacted Arcadia to secure the building. Complete notice to vacate, permits required. Post building. Issued notice to vacate and repair under permit. Delivered notice to Mall Security office. Before leaving the property Mall Manager on site, will have the contractor stop the water flow. Will have the door secured. |
