07/22/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site, I observed three inoperable Jeep vehicles and one buggy located in the front yard. The vehicles indicates various forms of damage and/or missing parts and were visible from the public right-of-way. I also observed outdoor storage, including tools, automotive parts, and tires scattered throughout the property. Additionally, I observed that the enclosed garage had been converted into a living space without the required permits.

I made contact with the property owner and discussed the observed violations. A 30-day Notice of Violation was issued, requiring the property owner to correct the violations within the compliance period.
