On site inspection. The main pool of the apartment complex viewed as clear blue and functioning properly. The pool appears to be properly treated with chemicals. The gate is secure and there’s a fence around the perimeter of the pool area. There is one spa area that has no water in it, but there are no violations associated with that spa or Jacuzzi either. That area is secured by fence and lock as well. Case closed – unfounded. |
