On site, I spoke with the owner and his contractor about the dilapidated and torn down fence. He acknowledged the damage and agreed to have the fence repaired and the swimming pool re-secured either by yesterday 7-8-26 or no later than today 7-9-26. This was agreed to with the understanding that if he does not by 12pm today, I would be issuing a citation and secure the pool with a contractor myself and charge him for the service. |
