On site inspection. Met with property management about the unit that has pest infestation. Property management provided me with an upcoming schedule from a local pest control company with a schedule clean out of July 27, 2026 and another follow up August 4, 2026. Property management is aware of the situation and is taken care of it actively. Case closed – resolved. |
