At the time of inspection of unit #2 it was found that this unit has sustained extensive fire, smoke, heat, and water damage that presents an immediate threat to the health, safety, and welfare of occupants Extensive fire damage to the living room and adjacent rooms.
Heavy smoke and soot contamination throughout the entire dwelling.
Fire-damaged drywall, ceilings, and interior wall finishes. Broken rear window creating an unsecured structure. Fire-damaged furnishings and combustible debris remaining within the dwelling. Apparent damage to electrical wiring and electrical equipment. HVAC equipment and associated mechanical components damaged by fire. Water damage from fire suppression operations. The dwelling no longer provides safe or sanitary living conditions. TEP isolated service by placing a sleeve on the meter. Southwest Gas isolated service by pinning meter. The structure requires any and all repairs to be completed by a licensed contractor. Permits will be required within 60 days of this notice. Property manager to secure unit. All required paperwork was signed and handed to responsible party. Unit #2 is condemned.
