On site. Call to 911 for non responding adult male/ unauthorized occupant. The structure is vacant and completely secured. Bored-up is on the interior. There is an accumulation of trash/debris in the side/back yard and in the ROW. Made contact with property management. Clean-up crew will be by this week to remove and properly dispose of all trash and debris. Sent a link to property manager for COT/TPD letter of consent for trespass. F/U 14 days. |
