At the time of the inspection the subject property was found to be in violation of an excess of stored items visible from the street and neighboring properties. Vegetation was overgrowing property boundaries, some vegetation was laying in the yard and there were also inoperable vehicles being stored on the property all of which violate Chapter 16 of Tucson's Neighborhood Preservation Ordinance and Unified Development Codes. |
