On site and at this time tenant was unavailable for inspection. However was able to reach by phone. Tenant was give 2 temporary portable A/C unitd but says most of the unit reads 84 degrees. Property manager and contractor will be on site 7/8/26 with all parts to fix a/c. F/U 7/8/26. |
