On site with TPD. The front door was open and TPD clear the structure. Electric has been turn off since 01/07/25 and water since 12/19/23. TEP pulled meter and cut power at the pole. City contractor was called to board up the structure. There is refuse and debris throughout the property and inside of the structure. Human and animal feces outside and inside of the structure. Posted the property unsafe to occupy. |
