Met with the owner, the structure John Guido indicated was dilapidated was removed. There are still accumulations of trash and refuse that are being taken care of but the primary concern I observed is a dilapidated pergola covering where residents of the mobile home park would complete laundry. It was breaking away from the support beams and leaning in such a way that the support beams are beginning to splinter under the weight. I explained this to the owner who was with me and explained that a contractor would need to repair or remove the structure before I could close this case. |
