There are still accumulations of trash and refuse that are being taken care of but the primary concern I observed is a dilapidated pergola covering where residents of the mobile home park would complete laundry. It was breaking away from the support beams and leaning in such a way that the support beams are beginning to splinter under the weight. I explained this to the owner who was with me and explained that a contractor would need to repair or remove the structure before I could close this case. | |
