On site follow-up inspection; at the time of the inspection it was observed that the property had refuse and debris in the alley way behind and at the rear of the building, to include a large accumulation of dry tree branches. Additionally, miscellaneous refuse and debris, and discarded materials were observed scattered throughout the area in the rear of the building. There are still violations of unauthorized storage in the front of the property. These violations are for outdoor storage of miscellaneous items such as a microwave, pallets, barrels and other wooden refuse stored near the trash bin. These are prohibited since these items would be storage of items include garbage, refuse or debris. |
