These would be categorized as a type of "Residential Care Service - Physical and Behavioral Health Service" under the UDC Each duplex is being occupied by two residents, there is staff on site that provides food, housekeeping, transportation, and medication if needed. The State permits each of the two dwellings to have two residents, which it appears they are following. The UDC would permit this site (the two dwellings) to have up to 10 residents total for this use (not including the caretakers). There is no active Certificate of Occupancy on record for this use.
