There are dead roaches in the unit. Office staff stated pest control contractor is on site on Fridays and will add this unit for next Friday treatment. Tenant stated she has hot water in the unit now. The wrought iron fence around the pool is damage and secured with a garbage container. Informed office staff the container is not properly securing the fence around the pool, staff will have maintenance install plywood or metal fencing to temporary secure the pool until the wrought iron fence can be properly repaired. Painting the rocks or ground is not a code violation. |
