Presence of buffelgrass and overgrown weeds present in the back of the property. There is also a dilapidated structure on property, it resembles a tent made of PVC pipe. The lot is parsed out into thirds and the rest of the overgrowth is located on the other 2/3 of the property and is owned by Arizona Board of Regents. |
