858 AM - Block wall at rear has a very large crack and is separated into two pieces. The wall is not structurally sound. Entire wall has flaking/peeling paint. Garage building at southwest corner of property has cracked and missing stucco, and stucco is not covered in paint in multiple areas. Large dead eucalyptus tree at southwest corner of property.
