On site at property - Verified section of wood fence laying on the ground in alley, allowing direct access to stagnant pool. Spoke with owner's daughter on site regarding violation. Hand wrote notice of violation for unsecured pool and hand delivered. Will issue notice of violation for stagnant pool and dilapidated fence. |
