Roof has been replaced. Swamp cooler is removed from roof. Spoke with man on site working inside home and asked if there was a permit. He said he did not have one and they did not need one as they just replaced the siding. Showed him Google maps showing there used to be a carport and informed him work needed to stop or subject to a citation. Called and spoke to owner and advised Permits Required. Posted a Stop Work Order and Notice of Violation. -VM |
