On site at property - Verified overgrown palm tree and debris in front yard, dead tree on side yard, dilapidated fence at rear of property along alley, overgrown and accumulation of weeds/grass and fence debris in alley behind property and in back yard, visible from the public right of way. Swimming pool appears to be empty from point of view at rear of property. Issuing notice of violation. |
