ON SITE WITH INSPECTOR SO THERE WAS A CAR THAT IMPACTED THE FRONT OF SUITE 100. CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE ENTRY, GLASS DOOR FRAMING AND DAMAGE TO THE STUCCO AND WOOD FRAMING. THE WOOD FRAMING IN THE AREA WAS HIT SO HARD THAT IT WAS REMOVED FROM THE ANCHOR BOLTS ON THE BOTTOM. THERE WAS ELECTRICAL IN THE AREA OF IMPACT. INCLUDING EXTERIOR OVER HEAD LIGHTS, A DISABILITY BLUE BUTTON AND INTERIOR ELECTRICAL OUTLETS AND OVER HEAD LIGHTS. THE OWNER WAS ON SITE WITH HIS CONTRACTOR WHOM STATED THAT THEY WOULD SECURE THE BUILDING. THE COMMERCIAL MEDICAL SUITE IS CONDEMNED. PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR REPAIRS. |
