1207 pm - Contact with resident at unit. I checked the entire kitchen floor, inside all lower cabinets, the stove, oven, drawer under oven, countertops, and in between cabinets and stove/refrigerator, could observe no roaches. Also checked laundry area (attached to kitchen) and living area, and could find no roaches. I also observed no droppings in the above listed area. Contact w/ property manager, states no reports from tenant and no work orders to request pest control. Returned to unit and informed resident, he says management is lying and asked me to leave the property. Complaint is unfounded, close case. -VM |
