Front house is being completely remodeled after being condemned due to a fire. Permit TC-COM-0525-00896 for remodel is in Inspections status. Spk w/ representative of contractor who states property is secured nightly and he checks property at night regularly. He states the rear 2 units are occupied, and both do appear either occupied or not abandoned. I walked around property and found no evidence of squatters or homeless on the property. Unable to verify complaint, close case. -VM |
