07/07/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation 908 AM - Property still has not been secured. North bay has active homeless activity. Owner did not return previous call. Called owner 2X, no ans, left msg. Will be proceeding to fence off carwash bays. -VM
07/08/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation 821 am - Owner has not returned any calls or secured the property. Met w/ Biff Baker, all 4 entrances into carwash have now been fenced, along with large openings along 22nd St where a person could fit through. Building has been posted Unsafe to Occupy. A Commercial Addition/Alteration Permit is required to address damaged electrical, including conduit ripped off structure, possible there has been wire theft from property. Emergency conditions are abated, close case. -VM
